About Us
The Company is called African Payday.  We are a startup, Diaspora owned business in the Washington DC Metro Area founded by our CEO, Mr. Wesley O. Chenoweth, a Liberian entrepreneur and humanitarian.  Mr. Chenoweth began his professional career as a graduate of Syracuse University School of Civil Engineering.  He then went on to become an entrepreneur and CEO of companies in the construction, transportation, business development, marketing, and apparel sectors.  Mr. Chenoweth is a proud humanitarian, a change agent, and a lobbyist for Africa in Washington D.C.

With all the changes and uncertainties going on in the World today, Mr. Chenoweth is fully committed to aligning himself and the company with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals; the 2030 Agenda; the UN Global Compact; and the African Union 2063 Agenda.

At African Payday, our Motto is: "Empowering Africans Worldwide, on the Continent and in the Diaspora, by Creating Jobs, Starting Businesses, and Building Wealth."  These core beliefs and company values arise from the philosophy of the United Nations and the African Union.  In order to make "the Africa We Want," we must be able to 'Decrease the Gap' between the Rich and the Poor.  The UN Global Goal #1, End Poverty by 2030, is the fundamental driving point of African Payday.  We are seeking to empower Africans by providing free training, business skillsets and technology in order to harness the power of the Internet thus creating jobs in the following niche sectors that affect Africa and the World:
  1. Climate Change
  2. Urban Farming
  3. Clean Water / Clean Oceans
  4. Clean Energy
  5. Agribusiness / Food Security
  6. Health / Disabilities
  7. Innovation / Technology / Smart Solutions
  8. Cryptocurrency
  9. Fashion / Merchandising / Accessories
  10. Entertainment / Music / Movies
  11. Business Development / Marketing / Outsourcing / Freelancing

We passionately endeavor to do this by uniting the Africans on the Continent with the Africans in the Diaspora.  We seek to eliminate the 'brain drain' and 'human capital flight' of our professional and skilled Africans to foreign countries who are only seeking better jobs and a better life.  We believe we can provide that right at home in Africa and are encouraging a 're-migration' of our African professionals in the Diaspora 'back to Africa.'  Its time to come back home!

Our Goal?
To Create One Million Jobs in Africa by 2030.

Our Strategy?
  1. Affiliate Program - Train Africans on the Continent to become Affiliate Publishers that advertise for African Diaspora businesses.
  2. Outsourcing - Train Africans on the Continent and equip them with tools and technology to perform jobs that can be outsourced by African Diaspora businesses seeking to invest in Africa or save on labor costs.
  3. African Payday Lottery - "Every Friday is Payday at African Payday!"  We will seek commitments from African Diaspora businesses to donate a minimum of $25 per week to a crowdfunding effort that will go to providing a Week's Salary to one lucky African worker, family, or student who is in need.  A written essay, video and picture will be required from participants in each African country.  African Payday Lottery drawings will be held and random winners will selected to be the recipients of that Week's Payday.
  4. Merchandise Sales - The sale of Apparel and Accessories with African Payday Logos, Slogans, Intellectual Property & Copyrights will be sold via Crowdfunding Campaigns, in which donations and proceeds will go toward the African Payday Lottery.

Timeline?  Ten Years Project - 2020 to 2030
Year #1:  Employ 10 Trained Affiliate Publishers in each of the 54 African Country = 540 African Payday Affiliates
Year #2:  Employ 100 Trained Affiliate Publishers in each of the 54 African Country = 5,400 African Payday Affiliates
Year #3:  Employ 1,000 Trained Affiliate Publishers in each of the 54 African Country = 54,000 African Payday Affiliates
------> Interpolating to Year #10.....
Year #10: Employ a Minimum of 1 Million Trained Affiliate Publishers, Professionals Freelancers, and Outsourcing Workers in Africa.

We intend to spend 2018 through 2019 scouring the African Continent in search of Africans with the right drive, ambition, motivation and tenacity to become employees of African Payday.  We will create awareness campaigns to educate Africans both in the Diaspora and on the Continent of the importance of the Global Goals, the UN and African Union Agendas.  We also intend to begin our African Payday Lottery and Merchandise initiatives to be able to market and fund the entire project.  We will secure relationships with Diaspora businesses and support from local and governmental agencies, officials and organizations within this time period as well.   We are focussed and determined to achieve our goal of creating 1 Million Jobs in Africa by 2030.  #EndPoverty2030, #AfricanPayday
